Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened beauty tools cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll work with you to make it right.
